Perhaps you have heard the Possibility Management phrase: "The Space determines what is possible."
Perhaps you did not yet hear: "The Context determines the qualities of the Space."
The Context you Set in a Space determines what is possible in that Space. This is amazingly big stuff to experiment with.
For example, the Context set be the Spaceholders for a Firewalking Space make it possible for participants in that Space to walk barefoot across glowing hot oak-wood coals. How do I know this? Because I did it. I could feel the Space shift from ordinary Space to Firewalking Space. This same Space navigation skill applies everywhere in life, and especially in relationship and project meetings!
Setting Context is the first skill in Taking Radical Responsibility For Space, Creating Space, Holding Space, Navigating Space, Shifting Space, Navigating Space.
You may have heard the Possibility Management phrase: "Something completely different from this is possible right now." What this mean is that when a Possibilitator takes Radical Responsibility for the Context of a Space, then by re-negotiating agreements about the Context of a Space she can reinvent what is Possible in that Space.
If you discover that changing the Context of a Space changes what is Possible in that Space, you gain a practical understanding of another Possibility Management phrase, namely: "If you want to change the results, but cannot change the circumstances, then change what is possible."
CONTEXT CAN BE MANAGED
Changing the Context of the Space is one of a Possibility Manager's ways to change what is possible. There are many others, but in some ways you could say that Managing Possibility begins with Managing Context.
Taking Radical Responsibility for the Context of an interaction when no one else does is not Fair. For example, one would assume that in any group, team, family, meeting, etc. the job of creating and managing the Context should be shared.
Purposefully developing these skills is central to your effectiveness as a Possibilitator.
IDENTIFYING THE 5 FORMATS FOR HUMAN INTERACTION
It is fascinating to identify the 5 formats in which we human beings interact with each other:
INTRA-PERSONAL - meaning: within yourself, between your various Parts. For example, having an argument in your mind with 'someone else', or listening to Voices in your mind as they criticize and blame - or - admire and praise you.
INTERPERSONAL - meaning: between one (or more) of your Identities and one (or more) of the Identities of another person. An 'Identity' is 'a Part that a person identifies themselves with', even if the identification lasts only for 3 seconds. In Ordinary Spaces is is quite common for a person to unconsciously shift identity (viewpoints and opinions) three times in one spoken sentence.
DAVID AND GOLIATH - meaning: between you as an individual (one of your Identities) and any organization as a whole, or any individual who currently uses the Identity of being an 'employee' or 'official representative' of that organization. Every organization is a Gameworld.
INTRA-ORGANIZATIONAL - meaning: between you as an individual representing any organization, and any other individual who represents that same organization.
INTERORGANIZATIONAL - meaning: between you as an individual representing any organization, and any organization or individual who represents a different organization.
IDENTIFYING FORMATS FOR HUMANS INTERACTING WITH ENERGETIC CONFIGURATIONS
In certain cases - especially in the Trainer / Evolutionary professions - it is necessary to consciously interact with certain 'energetic configurations' that interfere with a person's ability to be Present and Attentive as themselves in a small NOW and a small HERE.
The following distinctions may help you more effectively facilitate healing and transformation Processes for your Clients.
'Vampire entities' that come to feed on you whenever you become Reactivedue to Trigger Phrases. By speaking a Trigger Phrase to yourself in your mind (such as, "They get the good stuff and I don't," or, "There is no place for me," or, "I will never make it," or, "They don't respect me," etc.), you open the door for any hungry Vampire Entity to come in and feast on you as an 'all-you-can eat 24/7 buffet'. The feeding may go on for days or weeks, making you reclusive, exhausted, despondent, and hopeless.
'Presiding Deities of Spaces' are found in almost any room where people commonly use a name for that room, such as living room, school room, library, bar, center of town, graveyard, shrine, temple, healer's office, etc. To honor the Space and to make the Presiding Deity of the Space an ally rather than a threat, it helps to intentionally acknowledge the presence of - or consciously 'greet' - the Presiding Deity of the Space. Most people do not do that, and then can be used by the Deity as it pleases, usually as some kind of food or entertainment. When you greet the Presiding Deity, it is 'seen', no longer invisible, and will leave you alone or perhaps even support you
'Demons' are energetic-habit-constructs that a person adopts usually long ago (childhood, sometimes in a 'Past Life') as a Survival Strategy, perhaps through signing a 'contract',

HOW TO DETECT THE CONTEXT OF A MEETING OR CONVERSATION SPACE
It is as dangerous to enter a conversation, a meeting, or a Gameworld without first detecting its Context as it would be to sail towards a harbor at night without knowing where the rocky shoals are located. Your ignorance can sink your chances of finding your way home.
Detecting the Context of a conversation is straightforward. It may feel scary to detect the Context - especially if you bring the Context out from being swept under the carpet and put it on the table for examination and discussion - but the actual job is not difficult. It is magical but it is not magic. You can do it. In fact, you do not ever have to stop detecting the Context of conversations, wherever you go. Detecting Context
Context is identified through having a Metaconversation, that is, by having a conversation about the kind of conversation you are having.
One of your 3 Powers is Asking. A Metaconversation begins the instant you seriously Ask (and Hold Space for answers to...) Context Detecting Questions such as these given below.
27 METACONVERSATION QUESTIONS TO DETECT CONTEXT:
In whose Gameworld is this conversation taking place?
Under whose auspices (organization name or authority) is each person participating? Who is each person representing? Themselves? Or some Are there any secret groupings such as families, secret affiliations, ? Which Gameworld is each person representing?
Whose Space is this? Who has Authority to select the Context of this conversation?
Do we agree on a single Context for this Space? Or is this a Mixed-Context Space? (which usually leads to Context War or stalemate)
Are ALL those with relevant Authority here? Is there anyone with Authority not in this conversation Space? (If so, this is probably a waste of time.)
Does each person have equal Authority here? Or is there a spectrum of different Authorities? Who decides each person's Authority? Can that agreement be changed by people in the Space? (If not, then an external Authority takes precedence, and we go back to Question 5.)
Is this unrestricted Collaboration? Or is someone being paid money to be there? (If anyone is being paid to be there, who is paying them? The payer has power and influence as an external Authority. This meeting could be a waste of time because the payer has already made the decisions.)Is there any Assumption that we are all supposed to bow down to some external Authority?
What is the Purpose of this interaction? What are we trying to accomplish here? (e.g. Make a plan? Make a decision? Make a discovery? Create a healing process? Hear a status report? Loosely collaborate? Build something? Change something? Waste time?)
Is it possible to be a Victim? Which of the 2 Dramas do we create together here?
Is EVERYONE's Gremlin consciously distinguished in the Space? (If not, there is probably unconscious agreement that this meeting or conversation is being used as a Gremlin Feeding Frenzy Space.)
Is it possible to Win or Lose in the competition? What resources are scarce? (Time? Energy? Money? Attention? Recognition?) Which of the 3 Games are we playing here? (I win, you lose? Win-Win / Lose-Lose? Winning Happening?)
How many of the 5 Body intelligences are called in as Team resources? (Physical? Intellectual? Emotional? Energetic? Archetypal?)

HOW TO CHANGE CONTEXT IN A MEETING OR CONVERSATION SPACE
Perhaps you are invited to participate in a conversation or gameworld in which a Context has already been set that differs from the the Context of the culture you would love to live in, in other words, different from your own personal culture. What should you do?
Be a Context Chameleon, which means to camouflage your true Context and be adaptive, pretending as if you accept their existing Context.
Sulk, complain, blame, or create some kind of Low Drama that creates a problem.
Make some weak excuse and leave the Space, refusing to have the conversation but not being honest about it.
CONSCIOUS OPTIONS WITH PERMISSION
Explain that you will not participate in a meeting or interaction with the existing Context, and inform the other people that you are willing to either negotiate a change in the Context, or you will leave the Space.
Make offers or efforts to change their Context into your Context.
Shift the meeting or conversation into a Context Creation Skillbuilding Workshop.
Act as if you are a reporter researching material for an article or book and arrange to interview the spaceholders about the Context of the organization.
Put your question about whether or not you should participate in this meeting as the first item on the agenda of the meeting.
Use the group intelligence to figure out other options you (and each person) could choose from.
Introduce the Gameworld one step at a time to such Practices as Conscious Attention, Noticing, Splitting Attention, Self Observation, Inner Navigation, and Whole Permaculture.
CONSCIOUS OPTIONS WITHOUT PERMISSION
TAKE THE SPACE INTO BREAKDOWN within a Transformational Context that you are Holding and Navigating.
MAKE A CRACK IN CERTAINTY for the whole Gameworld (often through Feedback and Coaching from peers within the Gameworld).
PULL THE RUG OUT from under the current Context (often through a whole group Experiential Distinction Process such as Box and Being Process, or, I Cannot Commit To You Because Process + I Want You In My Community Because Process, or through a Big Picture Context view of their Gameworld such as the Gaia view).
GO NONLINEAR into a Transformational Spaces that you are Navigating.
GO UNREASONABLE for example by using your Jakobs Ladder to shift the Space into Archetypal Domains for whoever can go with you there. Do it in front of everyone. Most people cannot go there, but they will not understand what you are doing or where you are going so they will not be able to stop you. After you come back, very carefully share the Jewels that you found in the Archetypal Domains with everyone so they receive the benefits even if they could not go along on the journey.
Experimenting means: to practice simple skills that build together into greater competence.
Competence to one woman seems like magic to another woman.
Magic is competence in an uncommon dimension.

Be An Invisible Context Chameleon

A 'Context Chameleon' is what you are when you try blend-in-with whatever Context is operational in your environment. You do not even try to figure out specifically what that Context is, you just adopt it and use it.
For example, when you are at the football game, you cheer when everyone else cheers. When you are at work you use the key words and act enthusiastic about challenges and discouraged about setbacks. When you go shopping you act as if things offered for sale have value to you. You simply try to fit into the current Context so that you are accepted, but more-so that you are not detected as being not actually in that Context.
You may discover that being an 'Invisible Context Chameleon' is your usual Survival Strategy... or a Part of it...
This is neither 'good' nor 'bad'. It is merely how you survived. We feel glad that you survived. Now we feel even more glad that you are experimenting with coming to life!
The purpose of this Experiment is to be an 'Invisible Context Chameleon' for the next 5 days and nights in EVERY Context you are in. The challenge is to not let anyone catch on that you are matching your Context to their Context (or the dominant Context) on purpose even it that means disrespecting your own Context.
In a way this is consciously lying, or consciously misrepresenting yourself. You can learn more about this by Experimenting with Conscious Theater.
The Purpose of this Experiment is to misrepresent yourself intentionally so that you might catch yourself in your life being a Zombie. A Zombie is someone who is not aware of the values of the Gameworld they support, which is a way of being unconsciously adaptive.
In this Experiment, be adaptive carefully and precisely, and perform your adaptive behavior invisibly. Try to even fool yourself into not noticing that you are being adaptive.
Adapt to the already existing Context of each Context you are in: work, home, public, private... as invisibly as you can, as if you always live in that Context and you 'love it'. "I love this! Don't you!" ...as if it is the most natural thing you could ever do with your life:
Agree with proposals, ideas, philosophy, viewpoints, politics, opinions, lifestyle, etc.
Laugh when others laugh. Be upset when others are upset.
Whatever is going on, DO NOT STAND OUT. Imagine that 'standing out is death'.
You are being a 'spy' without spying on anything, a 'spy for no reason'.
Be, do, think, feel, move, notice things, comment, everything the same as everyone else.
In particular do not argue, do not try to change anyone's mind, do not try to rescue or protect anyone in the space.
Dress, walk, speak, move the same as everyone around you in each Context.
Blend in. Do it so well no one notices that you are actually there blending in.
Write down what you learn about yourself and others in your Beep! Book on a page titled INVISIBLE CONTEXT CHAMELEON. What you learn may not be a pretty sight. For example, you might now be able to notice how many people around you are truly expert in being Invisible Context Chameleons. You just never saw it before. If you happen to notice that you have been being a Context Chameleon for a long time, do not beat yourself. You could experience a significantly big Liquid State. Please bring this to Your Team every time you meet. It might be useful to arrange to go through an Emotional Healing Process to learn why you have been such a Context Chameleon in your life so far. Your Team can help you find out who you are in addition to that.

Yes, this means using your Gremlin consciously to help you do this Experiment, as your Box will probably freak out entirely. Do this Experiment anyway. This is one chapter in your Conscious Asshole Training. There is much to discover!

Do your 'Context Chameleon' actions while standing in front of and looking in the eyes of the central Context generator in the Space, copying him or her well in all 5 Bodies.
Do your 'Context Chameleon' actions a little longer, a little louder, a little over-the-top emphasized. BUT: IMPORTANT: This experiment is NOT to 'make fun of' the people using any particular Context. Doing that would simply get you killed. This Experiment is about increasing your awareness and attentiveness about Setting Context. Make your Chameleon adaptive behaviors no more than 2% overemphasized, or no more than 2% longer or louder. The 2% is enough visibility for this Experiment.
